Tonight my parents, my sister, Stephany and I went to the Arizona Broadway Theater which is a dinner theater in Peoria to see the musical “Nunsense”. Though I am not a huge fan of the theater we had a great time out as a family and Nunsense was a funny and entertaining musical.

My friend Ben and his band “North” are currently working in the studio on the their second worship CD.
While in Israel earlier this year Ben wrote a song called “Always Yours” which is easily my favorite; and he has released a live version that was recently recorded at Calvary Community Church. You can listen to it [...]

There are some movies that are worthy to be released at 12:01am at theatres across the country and others (namely Indiana Jones) that are unworthy. “The Dark Knight” the new batman movie that was released to the public last night is not only worthy but is an instant classic. At times it is extremely dark (in [...]

At midnight last night, I went to see the new Indiana Jones movie. I left very disappointed as the movies plot (aliens? come on Spielberg!), acting, cinematography were all lacking. I don’t even give it one star and wish I would have waited till it came out on video. You don’t have to take my [...]
Unceasing Worship

This is just a quick note about a book that I have been reading that I have found to be an excellant discussion about authentic worship. Corporate worship is discussed but more importantly the idea that our entire life and actions is worship; our witness and worship go hand in hand! This concept and truth is not new, [...]

Last night we went to see the marvel comic action movie “Ironman”. Stephany and I haven’t been to many movies lately, and so already having a babysitter, we went to see one at the new Harkins theater on 1-17 & Happy Valley Rd.
We went to the 10:45pm showing, and I was a little tired going into the [...]
